Sudley Manor Square opened in 1973 as one of the first open air shopping  centers on the Sudley Road retail corridor. Kmart originally anchored  the shopping center and provided high quality, brand name soft and hard  goods at value prices to area shoppers. Now, the Kmart has been  substantially renovated and features both Sky Zone and AutoZone.   Further renovation is underway and will soon bring a wonderful shopping  experience to Sudley Manor Square. The Sudley Road retail corridor has  become the main shopping destination for western Prince William County  residents, and Sudley Manor Square services this demand with a diverse  tenant mix of 30 shops, services, and restaurants, well tailored to the  needs of the community.  The convenient location and critical mass of  exciting retailers make Sudley Manor Square a regular “must” visit for  area shoppers and diners.

Prime Location & Easy Access

Sudley Manor Square offers busy shoppers perhaps the best location as it  lies strategically on the southeastern corner of the Sudley Road/  Sudley Manor Drive controlled intersection. This intersection handles  almost 90,000 cars per day. The I-66 cloverleaf lies less than a mile  north. The Prince William County Parkway lies but 1.5 miles to the west.  This major road nexus makes Sudley Manor Square an easy drive from  Innovation Business Park, downtown/ Oldtown Manassas, the Prince William  County Hospital, Stonewall Jackson High School, Gainesville, and  Centreville. The shopping center’s access to and from these main roads  is facilitated by 3 curb cuts and well positioned traffic lights.

High Visibility

The shopping center offers excellent visibility to the heavy traffic at  this intersection via its level topography, good mansard signage, and  prominent pylon.

Plenty of Parking: Parking is ample and convenient to the store fronts.
