Seneca Properties is pleased to announced that a lease has been signed with AutoZone to take 20,000 square feet on the endcap of the vacant Kmart building. AutoZone will be creating a “hubstore” at the location — the first in Northern Virginia and one of a handful in the United States. A fall 2015 opening is anticipated.
AutoZone will join Sky Zone as the first two tenants to sign leases for portions of the vacant Kmart building. Construction work for these two tenants will kick-start a major renovation effort for the Sudley Manor Square Shopping Center that will include 95,000 square feet + of anchor bay re-tenanting, a new shopping center facade, a new pylon sign, and new parking lot lighting.
